What is the basis training?

1. Common core training at the School of elected and female entrepreneurship

Women receive training that teaches them about their citizenship and inform them about the new democratic measures taken by the Government of Mali in their interest. The main center brings together 40 leaders per session (2 leaders by association). These leaders are responsible for returning the information to mobilize members and other social groups on the meaning of their action. Seminars and demonstrations are regularly undertaken to raise awareness on the role of consultants and the importance of training managers in each of the priority sectors for local and regional authorities.

2. Social and economic training in the form of workshops

The 20 associations are distributed in the form of micro-structures and according to their field of activity. The goal is to be initiated quickly to network with different partners. They learn to combine their skills, rationalize their production and elaborate development projects through appropriate virtual supports (computer and Internet use). The coaching sessions are intended to accompany them in their first negotiations among policy makers and donors.

3. Independent projects after 3 years of learning

The 4 networks collect for each 5 associations. They specialize in lobbying techniques, advocacy to promote their empowerment, defend their strategic interests. They take into account the gender perspective in the initiatives and undertaken actions. The pilot project is organized around an action research focused on "training the trainers" finalized after the achievement of 5 modules / canvas.
