These 5 canevas, that cover specific topics on major global issues of development and expertise available to institutions, are conducted and supervised by international research laboratories and universities.

The programs/canevas
concern the students and our members.
They will extend to 6 West African countries and to Mediterranean countries in collaboration and in support of public and private foundations and enterprises (multinationals, SMEs, private sector SMIs)

Research

Students: Education rights and customs - international conventions

  • Awareness of human rights
  • Training in civil, political and religious history (local, regional, national and international)
  • Workshops: survey and archiving techniques (pre-colonial states, women and Islam, women and modernity, women and custom)
  • The gender issue
  • The objectives of international mechanisms and the issue of their meaning
  • Strategies of fight against poverty (MDG challenge)

Action :

Members : Information-communication-awareness

  • Information and awareness workshops in IEC et ICT
  • Meeting on the local, national and international role of counsellors
  • Techniques to strenghten women's leadership
  • Training of elected women in communication and presentation of speeches
  • Technical networking of transnational groups
  • Awareness of violence of globalization and protection of their bodies

Students: Teachers or professionals in gender policy

  • Training to teaching base groups
  • Mobilization and learning techniques
  • Animation of workshops on gender and citizenship (traditions and modernity)

Members: Training in politics and legal issues

  • Awareness of gender and participatory and social development
  • Institutional coaching in decentralization
  • Empowerment of elected women and of women's entrepreneurs
  • Laws and customs, awareness of social, political, religious and democratic history of the regions

Students: Training in management and entrepreneurship

  • Training in presentation and writing of gender and infrastructure projects
  • Specialization in decentralization and in anthropology of politics and globalization
  • Animation of management workshops (strenghtening by health and nutrition professionals)

Members : Framing of economical and social activities

  • Socio-economical training involving various partners
  • Enhancement of achievements and status of women
  • Help to the achievement of development projects
  • Marketing and innovations

Students: Professionalism "Training of trainers"

  • Training to teach trainers
  • Training in archival management and in coaching transcribers
  • Discussion and awareness workshop of information technology and academic use of technologies and media

Members : Local leadership, "Training of trainers"

  • Level 1: Students supervise and train the teachers-presenters
  • Level 2: Presenters (4) train members and provide the link with communities
  • Level 3: Members trained in our programs provide administrative, educational and citizen services to other social groups most disadvantaged
  • Collective workshops of awareness and mobilization against poverty (innovations and animation of students-research teams, RESO-Femmes 2009-2010)

Students : Training and coaching elections

  • Training to parties and mobilization techniques
  • Training in participatory approaches for base groups
  • Training in comparative enquiries of political institutions
  • Workshops and access techniques to resources and action
  • Investigation techniques about symbolism and anthropological data collection of powers and ideologies (symbolic and social relations, rituals, study of fraternities, political parties, NGOs, development associations and tòn initiation, power assemblies, etc..)

Members : Preparation to the elections

  • Specific training in political and legal issues of decentralization
  • Techniques of lobbying and advocacy (protection against traditional and institutional domination and "developers" without scruples nor conscience)
  • Gender and empowerment workshops for access to decision-making spheres
  • Training in campaign preparedness in common with man's groups
  • Enrichment and enhancement of the political achievements of the associations with institutions (regional, national and international)
